Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on dimensions and weight of your order and the distance to your location via Australia Post or other national couriers. Please proceed to checkout to get an estimate.

Our warehouse is not open to the public so we do not allow pick-ups. All orders are to be delivered

Depending on the type of product, we ship anywhere in Australia and worldwide.

  • Fresh Produce and Frozen items can only be shipped within Sydney metro areas. CURRENTLY SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
  • Chilled items can be shipped to any postcode in Australia within theĀ Australia Post Express Next Business Day Network. LIMITED PRODUCT RANGE ON OFFER AND ONLY TO SYDNEY METRO AREAS
  • All other products can be shipped anywhere in Australia and around the world.

You can easily find out if we deliver to you by proceeding to checkout as our website automatically filters out any orders to locations outside our delivery area.

Chilled orders within Sydney metro areas we offer flat shipping of $17.95

Delivery Instructions

For any special instructions on delivery please include them as a note upon checkout and we will try to accommodate the best we can.

Non-perishables
As a default orders of non-perishables will be left with an authority to leave. This means the order will be left in secure area outside your home if no one is at home to receive it. When leaving in a secure area is not possible a card will be left in your mailbox for collection from a nearby Post Office. If you don't want to provide an authority to leave for your order please let us know by indicating it on the note upon checkout.

Perishables
Perishables includes Fresh Produce, Bread, Chilled Items and Frozen Items. Orders containing any perishable items will be sent with an authority to leave and this cannot be changed. We will not be be able to send any perishable orders otherwise. We suggest someone is home to receive this type of items.
We will provide tracking information as soon as possible so the order's delivery can be monitored. For Sydney orders delivered via our own driver we provide a 2-hour window estimated time of arrival one day prior to delivery sent by SMS or email.

For Sydney orders, If no one can be home to receive the order during our delivery run contact us as soon as possible to organise one the following:

  • Arrange for the delivery to be left in a safe and accessible place outside your door. For refrigerated items that will be unattended for a long period of time we recommend leaving a cooler box with icepacks. We can also provide a cooler box and ice packs to keep your products chilled for a few hours. Cooler boxes and Ice Packs must be purchased in advance. However they are refundable once they are returned to us on your next order.
  • Organise a different delivery day

If we receive no communication regarding the delivery instructions and no one is at home at the moment of delivery and there is no safe place to receive the order a re-delivery fee will apply.
